Data Controller

Gridly is the controller of your personal data. For any enquiry, contact privacy@appgridly.com.

Data We Collect

Via Google OAuth we collect your name, email address, and profile picture. We also store the financial data you enter directly: income, expenses, savings, and monthly balances.

Legal Basis

Processing is based on contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The data is necessary to provide the financial tracking service.

Retention

Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account from the app settings, all data is permanently and irrecoverably erased.

Recipients

We only share data with providers necessary to deliver the service: Google LLC (authentication via OAuth) and Neon (Databricks) (database hosting).

Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and port your data. You can delete your account directly from the app settings. For any other request, write to privacy@appgridly.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es. The right to object (Art. 21 GDPR) is limited during contract performance, as processing is necessary to provide the service.

Changes to This Policy

Material changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance.
